选区激光烧结技术在单侧陈旧性颧骨复合体骨折整形修复中的应用

The cosmetology and reconstruction of the unilateral old zygomatic complex fracture with the selective laser sintering technique

目的:探讨应用激光选区烧结技术提高单侧陈旧性颧骨复合体骨折的整形修复效果。方法:患者进行螺旋CT扫描,并进行容积三维重建,利用MINICS8.1软件处理,并进行镜像制作,制作骨折区域伤前,伤后的三维实体模型,制作钛网,并实施手术。结果:患者术后颧骨顶点高度,眶下缘高度均得到良好恢复,效果满意。结论:应用激光选区烧结技术可以精确的恢复颧骨复合体区域骨外形,在临床应用中值得推广。

Objective To explore the cosmetology effects of selective laser sintering technique in reconstructing the unilateral old zygomatic complex fracture.Methods Every patient had a cranial thin-section CT scan and then the images were taken three-dimensional reconstruction.The MINICS8.1 software was used to horizontally reverse the normal side of the midfacial skeleton as the injured side,and merge these two parts into an ideal midfacial skeleton.The personalized 3-D implants were made based on these ideal models,and applied in the reconstruction of the unilateral old zygomatic complex fracture.Results The morphology of midface was satisfactory.The height of the infraorbital margin and the zygoma prominence were symmetric.Conclusion The 3-D model with selective laser sintering technique could enhance the therapeutic quality of the unilateral old zygomatic complex fracture.
