摘要 增生性瘢痕是病理性瘢痕的一种,为皮肤创伤愈合过程中成纤维细胞过量增殖和细胞外基质的过度沉积(主要为胶原纤维),且增生性瘢痕增生期伴有过度和延长的血管增生.目前的治疗方法如:激素注射、放射治疗和冷冻治疗等疗效均不理想,且这些方法会诱导细胞坏死或形成新的损伤,从而诱导新一轮修复增殖效应,甚至愈演愈烈,所以,瘢痕形成的过程并未阻止,而仅仅是被推迟,且愈演愈烈.因此,寻找一种有效防止早期瘢痕增生、无创、简便且依从性好的治疗方法一直是瘢痕研究领域的热点.PDT为治疗肿瘤性疾病的新型治疗手段.1999年,美国FDA批准20% ALA (Levulan)局部溶液介导PDT可用于治疗光化性角化病.
