前方牵引联合快速扩弓治疗成人骨性反(牙合)1 例 被引量:6

Treatment of a adult patient with skeletal crossbite by maxillary protraction and rapid maxillary expansion

摘要 通过上、下颌活动矫治器和固定矫治器的合理应用,晚间上颌前方牵引联合白天颌间Ⅲ类牵引对1例Ⅲ类错成年患者进行矫治。矫治后患者的Ⅲ类骨面型明显改善,咬合关系基本正常。 An adult patient with skeletal crossbite was treated by removable and fixed appliances in the upper and lower dental arches. Facemask protraction was used at night and Class Ⅲ elastics were worn during the day. After treatment, the facial contour of the patient was improved. The Class I molar relationship was achieved.
