High temperature creep behavior of Mg-12Gd-2Y-2Sm-0.5Zr magnesium alloy

摘要 研究了Mg-12Gd-2Y-2Sm-0.5Zr镁合金的高温蠕变行为。结果表明:时效态Mg-12Gd-2Y-2Sm-0.5Zr合金在200℃、300℃/50 MPa、70 MPa的条件下具有优异的抗蠕变性能;在50、70 MPa的应力下,200℃时应力指数n=3.8,300℃时应力指数n=5.6;在200、300℃的温度下,50 MPa条件下蠕变激活能Qc=50.8 kJ/mol,70 MPa条件下蠕变激活能Qc=64.8kJ/mol。 The creep behavior of Mg-12Gd-2Y-2Sm-0.5Zr magnesium alloy at high temperature was discussed. The results show that the aged Mg-12Gd-2Y-2Sm-0.5Zr alloy has excellent creep resistance under the temperature of 200 ℃, 300 ℃ and the stress of 50 MPa, 70 MPa. The stress exponent(n) is 3.8 at 200 ℃ and 5.6 at 300 ℃ under a stress range of 50 MPa to 70 MPa. The creep activation energy(Qo) is 50.8 kJ/mol under 50 MPa and 64.8 kJ/mol under 70 MPa at 200,300 ℃.
