摘要
对铸铁工作台和泡沫铝填充结构机床工作台的疲劳特性进行有限元仿真研究,获得其在交变载荷作用下的应力分布图和最终疲劳失效图,并对结果进行对比分析。结果表明,与铸铁工作台相比,在恒幅交变载荷作用下,泡沫铝填充结构机床工作台的最大应变量小、产生的疲劳裂纹数目少,应力集中程度低,进一步证明了泡沫铝填充结构机床工作台在高速加工中应用的可行性和优越性。
Fatigue characteristics for cast iron work table and machine tool moving table with aluminum foam-filled stntcture were studied by finite element simulation, and stress pattern and fatigue failure under the alternating loads were obtained, and the results were compared. Results show that compared with the cast iron table, the maximum stress and the number of fatigue crack of machine tool moving table with aluminum foam-filled structure under constant amplitude cyclic loads are less, and the stress concentration degree is lower. It is further proved that the machine tool table with aluminum foam-filled structure has the feasibility and the superiority in high speed machining.
