摘要
分别采用0、200 kGy、2 MGy的γ辐照剂量,研究γ辐照对碳纳米管(CNTs)及WS2纳米管的影响。利用X线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(RS)和X线光电子能谱(XPS)对比分析了γ辐照前后CNTs和WS2纳米管的变化。结果表明:CNTs受γ辐照损伤明显;γ辐照剂量从0增加到2 MGy,CNTs的晶体有序度经历了破坏-平衡-回复,CNTs表现出一定的辐照修复能力;而在同样辐照剂量下,WS2抗γ辐照能力较强,几乎不受辐照影响。
The influence of γ irradiation on CNTs and WS2 nanotubes was studied with irradiation doses of 0, 200 kGy and 2 MGy, respectively. The damage of CNTs and WS2 nanotubes after irradiation was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) , Raman Spectrometer (RS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that there is obvious damage on carbon nanotubes. With the increase of γ irradiation doses from 0 to 2 MGy, CNTs experiences the process of damage, equilibrium and recovery, which means that CNTs have an inbuilt ability to heal themselves. However, under the same irradiation condition, WS2 nanotubes are almost unaffected by γ irradiation, which shows that WS2 nanotubes are more resistance to γ irradiation than CNTs.
