摘要
外加纵向交流磁场,改变不同磁场频率,对AZ91镁板进行TIG焊。通过对接头力学特性和微观组织分析,研究磁场频率对AZ91焊接接头组织和性能的影响规律,并对磁场频率作用机理进行研究。结果表明:焊接时外加纵向交流磁场频率为20 Hz,焊缝区晶粒变得细小,焊缝中析出的β-Mg17Al12连续的网状分布态被打碎,焊缝及热影响区强度、硬度、塑性得到提高;但当磁场频率过大,焊缝组织变得粗大、力学特性下降。
AC longitudinal magnetic field was employed in TIG welding of AZ91 magnesium alloy plate with magnetic field frequency changing. The effect of magnetic field frequency on microstructures and properties of welded joint of Az9l was studied by analyzing the mechanical properties and microstructure of joint, and the mechanism of magnetic field frequency was studied. The results indicate that when AC longitudinal magnetic field frequency is 20 Hz, the grain is refined, and the continuous mesh distribution state of precipitated Mg17Al12 is broken. The mechanical properties of joint and HAZ are improved. But when the magnetic field frequency is too high, the microstructure becomes coarse and performance will decline.
