健康教育对糖尿病患者健康知识的影响

摘要 目的:探索糖尿病健康教育的方法及对患者健康知识的影响。方法:选择79例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(39例),对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,增加健康教育,对出院前后患者健康知识知晓率及护理满意度进行比较。结果:出院时,观察组患者的疾病知晓率、药品知晓率和预防知晓率均较入院时有所提高,且上述指标均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可极大提高糖尿病患者健康知识知晓率,并有助于改善护患关系。 Objective: To explore the methods and effects of health knowledge on health education in diabetes patients. Methods: 79 diabetes patients were selected as research objects and randomly divided into experimental group (40 cases) and control group (39 cases). Conventional nursing was carried out in control group while health education was carried out in observation group besides conventional nursing. The awareness rates of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were com- pared in two groups. Results: The awareness rates of knowledge about disease, drug and prevention in observation group were increased at hospital discharge, and were significantly higher than control group(P 〈 0.05). The nursing satisfaction in observation group was also higher than control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : Health education could greatly improve the awareness rates of health knowledge in diabetes patients, and enhance nurse-patient relationship.
