摘要 介绍了PcBN烧结及特性,并介绍了影响PcBN刀具性能的影响因素及当今作为加工难切削合金刀具来实现以车代磨、以铣代磨的不可替代性。论述了国内外PcBN刀具在加工合金方面的应用研究与进展,尤其是在加工钛合金和镍基高温合金方面,认为国内对PcBN刀具加工钛合金的研究还处于初级阶段,研究人员比较少,研究内容还不全面,重点是保证切削效率和切削质量的前提下延长刀具寿命;在切削镍基高温合金方面重点是提高切削效率;且PcBN刀具也适于加工钨基合金、铝合金、模具钢等。 The sintering and characteristics of PcBN were introduced briefly, the factors which affect the performance of PcBN tools and the irreplaceability of them for processing hard alloy to implement using grinding instead of turning and milling were introduced. The research and development of application of PcBN cutting tools in machining alloy in China and abroad were described. Especially in the area of machining titanium alloy and nickel-based superalloy, the domestic study of PcBN cutting tools machining titanium alloy were still in its infancy, researchers are less, the research content were not comprehensive, and the key was to ensure the cutting efficiency and quality under the premise of prolong tools life. In the aspect of cutting nickel-based superalloy focus on improve the cutting, efficiency. And PcBN tools were suitable for processing of tungsten alloy, aluminum alloy, steel, etc.
