摘要
采用计算机图像处理技术提取了WC-Co硬质合金的微观结构轮廓,建立了二维参数化模型,并对合金弹性性能进行预测。结果表明,在施加0.5、1.0.和1.5N拉伸载荷下,WC-Co硬质合金弹性性能的预测结果与实验结果吻合较好。
Extracting the microstructure profile of the hard alloy WC-Co by computer image processing technology, the 2D parametric model was established, and the elastic properties of the hard alloy were predicted. The results show that the prediction results are agreed with experiment dates under the tensile load of 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 N.
