高碳钢奥氏体晶粒的长大行为研究 被引量:1

Growth Behavior of Austenite Grain in High Carbon Steel

摘要 研究了82B高碳钢在不同加热温度和保温时间下奥氏体晶粒的生长规律。结果表明.在800~1100℃范围内,随着温度的增加,高碳钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸从18.2μm增加到116.3μm,其中950℃为其晶粒粗化温度。在950℃保温60~90min后,可获得细小均一的奥氏体晶粒。最后,通过公式计算了高碳钢奥氏体晶粒的长大规律,与实验结果吻合。 The growth rule of austenite grain of the high carbon steel 82B under different heating temperatures and holding time was investigated. The results show that the austenite grain size increases from 18.2μm to 116.3 μm with the increase of temperature in the scale of 800-1 100 ℃, and the austenite coarsening temperature is 950 ℃. The uniform and fine austenite grain can be obtained at 950 ℃ for 60-90 mitt And the calculated grain growth rule is agreed with experimental results.
