汽车耐火材料的抗渣腐蚀性改进

摘要 采用不同方法制备了不同成分的镁质汽车耐火材料,并进行了抗渣腐蚀性测试和分析。结果表明:添加稀土元素Y并在烧结前进行机械球磨处理,能使镁质汽车耐火材料的致密度和抗渣腐蚀性得到显著改善;与未添加稀土元素Y相比,在镁质汽车耐火材料中添加0.15%Y后,试样的炉渣最大渗透深度下降54.17%,而在镁质汽车耐火材料中添加0.15%Y,并在烧结前进行机械球磨处理,则可使其炉渣最大渗透深度下降80.21%。 TThe magnesia-based refractory for automobile with different composition was prepared by different methods, and the microstructure was analyzed by scanning electron microscope, and the slag corrosion resistances were tested and analyzed. The results show that the density and slag corrosion resistance are improved significantly with the addition of rare earth element Y and adoption of mechanical ball milling before the samples were sintered. Compared with the samples without rare earth element Y, addition of Y of 0.15wt% can make the maximum penetration depth of slag be decreased by 54.17%, and adopting mechanical ball milling before sintering can make the maximum penetration depth of slag for the samples with Y of 0.15wt% be decreased by 80.21%.
