摘要
采用金相检验及断口分析等方法对DN400输水用球墨铸铁管断后伸长率偏低的原因进行了分析。结果表明,DN400输水用球墨铸铁管断后伸长率不合格的原因是球墨铸铁球化不良及石墨漂移所致。
The reasons for low elongation of DN400 water delivery nodular cast iron pipe after fracture were analyzed by the methods of metallographic examination and fracture analysis. The results show that the reasons for unqualified elongation of DN400 water delivery nodular cast iron pipe after fracture are abnormal nodularizing and graphite floatation.
