鱼雷罐双枪喷吹脱硫新工艺水模试验研究

摘要 针对鱼雷罐喷吹脱硫动力学条件差,引起脱硫剂消耗高、铁液回硫比例大等问题,提出了一种鱼雷罐双枪斜插式喷吹脱硫新工艺;通过水力学模型试验,对比研究了原工艺和新工艺的脱硫动力学条件,以及工艺参数对熔池混匀时间的影响规律。结果表明:相比目前使用工艺,新工艺可以大幅度缩短熔池内液体混匀时间,显著改善喷吹动力学条件,提高脱硫效果;试验条件下,混匀时间改善最大幅度达53.8%。 Aiming at the problems of poor dynamic condition, high consumption of desulphurizer and high resulphurization proportion of molten iron in torpedo ladle blowing desulphurization, a new blowing desulphurization process of double injection oblique cutting was put forward. The effect of desulphurization dynamic condition and process parameters of original and new processes on liquid mixing time in weld pool were studied. The results Show that the new process may obviously decrease the mixing time and improve desulphurization dynamic condition compared with original process. The most significant improvement in mixing time is up to 53.8% in the condition of experimental. The most significant improvement in mixing time is up to 53.8%.
