摘要
以Sn-1.6%Cd合金为研究对象,通过计算机仿真,对于不同对流条件下合金生长界面形态及界面前沿的溶质分布进行了分析。结果表明,Sn-1.6%Cd包晶合金的理论仿真计算结果和实验所得结果相差很小,验证了计算机仿真的正确性。
Taking Sn-1.6%Cd alloy as research object, the growth interface morphology and the solute distribution in the front of alloy interface under different convection conditions were studied. The results show that the difference between theoretical simulation results and experimental results of Sn-1.6%Cd peritectic alloy is very small, which fully demonstrates the validity of the computer simulation.
