摘要
为克服TiAl基合金在铸造过程中的缺陷,采用真空吸铸法得到发动机连杆铸件。分析了采用不同材料型芯和模具在吸铸过程中的实验结果,同时还分析了连杆铸件因吸铸参数设置不同在成型过程中的特点。结果表明,采用底漏方式与真空吸铸结合的方法,得到了形状完整的TiAl基合金连杆件。
To overcome the defects of TiAI-based alloy in casting process, the engine connecting rod castings were obtained by suction casting. The experimental results of mold core and die using different materials in suction casting process were analyzed, and the forming characteristics of connecting rod castings under different suction casting parameters were analyzed. The results show that the TiAl-based alloy connecting rod castings with complete shape were obtained when adopting the method of bottom drain mode combined with suction casting.
