摘要
中频感应加热的电源功率控制系统,采用了基于专家智能与PID相结合的专家控制器,既考虑控制器各参数直接作用,也兼顾控制器反馈误差的各方面影响。仿真结果表明:该电源功率控制系统动态特性良好,具有稳态精度高、超调量小、调整时间短、过渡过程平稳、功率调节范围宽等优点。
Medium frequency induction heating power supply takes DSP as the core thermal power control system, which is based on expert intelligent combined with PID expert controller, using the expert system knowledge base output correction PID parameter to change the PID control mode, considering the practical effect of PID control parameters as well as the feedback error on system performance and control effect of reaction. Simulated result indicates that the power control system can get good dynamic characteristics, with higher steady-state precision, small overshoot, wide power regulation range and so on merits.
