摘要
针对金川公司湿法冶金设备在运行过程中因环境介质造成的腐蚀,为防止设备的破坏,延长其使用寿命,保障企业生产正常。结合金川集团股份有限公司生产工艺条件、环境介质、使用效果等,借鉴多年在湿法冶金方面从事防腐蚀工作的实践经验,阐述了设备防腐蚀防护技术中的选材、设计、工艺及全寿命周期管理等方面的要求和作法。
In allusion to the corrosion of hydrometallurgical equipment of Jinchuan Company caused by environmental media during running process, the damage of the equipments was prevented to extend the service life and ensure the enterprise＇s normal production. In combination with the production process condition, environmental medium, using effect and others of Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. and the practical experience of anti-corrosion work in hydrometaUurgy for reference, the requirements and practices for anti-corrosive and protective technology in the aspects of material selection, design, process and lifecycle management were elaborated.
