摘要
分析了镁合金摩托车轮毂铸件常见的缺陷,讨论了这些缺陷产生的原因并提出解决措施。生产实践表明,通过改变合金成分、铸件形状以及调整反挤压铸造工艺参数,可以很大程度上减少镁合金铸件缺陷的产生。
Analyzing the common defects in magnesium alloy castings, the reason for the defects was discussed and the solution countermeasures were proposed. The production practice indicates that, changing the alloy composition of magnesium alloy and the shape of casting, and adjusting the process parameter for indirect squeezing casting, the defects in magnesium alloy castings were reduced largely.
