摘要
提出一种汽车模具自润滑复合金属凹凸V型导板的制造工艺,即利用低碳钢精密铸造工艺制成凹凸V型导板的衬背层,并进行烧结精加工。该工艺节材、节能、省工时,生产效率高,经济技术效益显著。为创建自润滑汽车模具标准件的制造以及再制造提供了参考。
A manufacturing process for auto mould self-lubricating composite metal concave and convex V-shaped guides was purposed, that is, using low carbon steel precision casting process to manufacture the backing layer of concave and convex V-shaped guides, then sintering and finish machining. The method has the advantage of saving material, energy-saving, saving work time, high efficiency of manufacturing, and remarkable economic and technical benefits, which provides the reference to manufacture new energy-saving self-lubricating automobile mold standard parts.
