大型不锈钢气缸体铸造工艺研究

摘要 对燃气轮机气缸体的结构及铸造工艺性进行分析。针对铸件毛坯尺寸大,内外部质量要求严格,生产难度大的特点,采用冒口、阶梯式浇注系统及外冷铁等工艺措施,使得铸件形成顺序凝固。用铸造数值模拟软件ProCAST对工艺方案进行模拟分析,工艺优化后投产使用,成功生产出不锈钢气缸体铸件。 The structure and casting process for the cylinder block in gas turbine were analyzed. To solve the problems such as big blank dimension, strict requirement for internal and external quality, great difficulty in production, the foundry technology was designed by using riser, step gating system and chiller ect to achieve the sequence solidification for casting. The process scheme was simulated and analyzed by the numerical simulation software ProCAST, and the process was optimized. And cylinder block castings of stainless steel were produced successfully.
