新生隐球菌通过血脑屏障的机制 被引量:3

摘要 隐球菌是一种机会致病性真菌,因其有嗜中枢特性,常导致隐球菌脑膜炎或脑膜脑炎,所以其穿过血脑屏障的机制长期受到关注。许多因素可以影响隐球菌穿越血脑屏障,如单核细胞、脑微血管内皮细胞、隐球菌荚膜、尿素酶及CPS1基因等,该文就血脑屏障体外模型的研究进展及影响隐球菌通过血脑屏障的因素逐一详细介绍。
