大庆油田断层破碎带大斜度定向井仿油基钻井液技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对大庆油田长垣地区断层破碎带大斜度定向井容易发生井壁坍塌、井漏、卡钻的问题,研究了一种强抑制、低滤失、封堵型仿油基钻井液技术,钻井液中加入乳化剂OW-1和润滑剂RH4,混入原油25%,摩阻系数小于1,有效防止了卡钻,下钻下套管顺利。现场应用17口井,没有出现井壁剥落坍塌、卡钻复杂事故,井漏程度大大降低。 In view of the fact that hole-wall collapsing, leakage, sticking of tool are easy to happen in the fault fracture zone in Changyuan area of Daqing Oilfield, a strong inhibition, low filtration, block type imitation oil-base drilling fluid technology is developed. Emulsifier OW-1 and lubricant RH4 are added into the drilling fluid, mixed with 25% crude oil, and the friction coefficient is less than 1. It has effectively prevented the sticking, and the drilling and casing goes well. In the 17 wells used in the site, application of, no flake borehole wall collapse and sticking complex accident, lost circulation degree is reduced greatly. No hole-wall collapsing, sticking of tool are seen and the leakage degree is reduced greatly.
