摘要
在进行水利水电工程建设的时候,要保证施工建设质量,就必须加强对工程施工建设质量的管理。本文主要通过对管理思路的构建进行讨论,以提高施工管理质量。
In the water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, in order to ensure the quality of construction, it is a must to strengthen the management of engineering construction quality. This article mainly discusses the construction of management idea, in order to improve the quality of construction management.
