摘要
本文以民办高校绿色薪酬制度的作用为出发点,分析民办高校绿色薪酬激励机制改革的措施。
In this paper, taking the role of green remuneration system in private universities as a starting point, the measures of the green remuneration incentives reform are analyzed.
