摘要
物资采购质量控制工作作为一项系统工程,庞大而复杂,但是为了有效的提高物资采购的质量以及工作效率,文章对物资采购质量管理存在问题进行了分析,从构建采购质量管理体系及细分采购质量评价指标两方面,探讨了加强物资采购质量管理的对策。
As a systematic engineering, the quality control of procurement is large and complex. In order to improve the purchasing quality and work efficiency, this paper analyzes the quality problems of material procurement management, from two aspects of the purchase quality management system construction and subdivision procurement quality evaluation index, and discusses the countermeasures for strengthening the procurement quality management.
