摘要
本文以渗碳齿轮为研究对象,针对传统计算无应力分布等情况,以Ansys软件为平台,对其进行了有限元建模,动力学分析,其结果对齿轮提高可靠性提供了理论基础,对保证安全生产有十分重要的意义。
Setting carburized gear as the research object, considering the traditional computing the stress distribution, and based on ANSYS software platform, this paper does the finite element modeling and dynamic analysis, the result provides a theoretical basis to improve reliability of gear, which is of great significance to ensure the safety of production.
