摘要
兑房河特大桥位于云南省六库~丙中洛段公路,是云南入藏的控制性工程,也是全线的重点工程。本桥主墩墩高105m,墩身结构采用钢筋混凝土双薄壁空心墩,综合利用塔吊及电梯等设备配合液压爬模系统进行施工。综合介绍了液压爬模系统的使用原理、施工工艺、施工过程质量控制措施。通过实际施工效果来看,该技术充分保证了高墩的安全、质量和施工进度,可为类似工程的应用提供参考。
Duifang River extra-large bridge is located in Liuku-Bingzhongluo section of the highway in Yunnan province. It is the controlling project of Yunnan entering Tibet and is also a key project in the whole line. The height of the main pier of this bridge is 105m. The pier structure uses reinforced concrete double thin-wall hollow pier, comprehensive using crane and elevator and other equipment with hydraulic creeping formwork system with the construction. This article introduces the principle, construction technology and construction quality control measures of the hydraulic creeping formwork system. The actual construction effect shows that the technology fully ensures the safety, quality and construction progress of the high pier, which can provide reference for similar engineering applications.
