摘要
对于高等级公路来说,其沥青路面交工运营后,延长使用寿命、减少养护投入,具有重要的意义。从笔者多年来从事高速公路路面施工管理以及高速公路路面养护管理实践发现,半刚性水稳基层和沥青路面都会产生不同程度的裂缝。通过相应的预防、处治措施,进而避免或减少收缩裂缝,在一定程度上可延长路面的使用寿命。本文结合高速公路路面施工建设管理经验,阐述高等级公路沥青混凝土路面裂缝产生机理、控制措施,以及施工工艺,同时提出相应的政策建议,为沥青路面施工及维修养护提供参考依据。
For high grade highway, after the completion of the asphalt pavement, it is of great significance to prolong its service life and reduce maintenance investment. Based on years of highway pavement construction and management and highway pavement maintenance management practice, the author finds that semi-rigid cement stabilized base and asphalt pavement will produce different degrees of cracks. Through the corresponding prevention and treatment measures, to avoid or reduce shrinkage crack, it can prolong the service life of pavement to a certain extent. Combined with highway pavement construction management experience, this article expounds the high-grade highway asphalt concrete road surface crack mechanism and control measures, as well as the construction technology, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations, which provides reference basis for construction and maintenance of asphalt pavement maintenance.
