摘要
国有企业在我国的经济发展中具有举足轻重的作用。人才资源是企业重要的竞争力,人力资源培训是培育人才的重要途径。本文以此为切入点,在实践经验的基础上,着重分析了国有企业人力资源培训方面存在的四大误区,并提出了有效的对策建议。
State-owned enterprises play a decisive role in China's economic development. Human resources are important'to the competitiveness of enterprises, and human resource training is an important way to cultivate talents. This article as, on the basis of practical experience, analyzes the four errors exist in human resource training aspect of state-owned enterprises, and puts forward effective countermeasures.
