摘要
我国高校课堂教学存在很多问题,影响并妨碍着教学效果及人才培养,这些问题存在教学过程的方方面面,从教师教案的准备到学生主动权的丧失。本文从制度的角度进行研究,通过现象看问题,通过问题看本质,并提出相应的对策。
There are many problems in classroom teaching which influence and hinder the teaching effect and cultivating, spreading from the aspects of teachers' teaching plan to the lose of students' initiative. This paper studies from the angle of system, sees through the phenomena and the appearance to the essence, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
