摘要
我国高校课堂教学存在很多问题,影响并妨碍着教学效果及人才培养,这些问题存在教学过程的方方面面,从教师教案的准备到学生主动权的丧失。本文从制度的角度进行研究,通过现象看问题,通过问题看本质,并提出相应的对策。
There are many problems in classroom teaching which influence and hinder the teaching effect and cultivating, spreading from the aspects of teachers＆#39; teaching plan to the lose of students＆#39; initiative. This paper studies from the angle of system, sees through the phenomena and the appearance to the essence, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
