Multiple Factors Influencing Rural Labor Transfer:Based on the Investigation for Dongcheng Village Labor Transfer Situation in Shengmi County of Nanchang, Jiangxi

目前劳动力的流动都是各种经济发展带动的结果。农村当地经济的发展,实际上固守了当地劳动力,保护劳动力不外流;而周边外界城区的发展以及政府的规划很多又吸引当地劳动力向外流出。我们应该辩证地看待劳动力转移。

The current labor migration are driven by a variety of economic development results. Local economic development in rural areas sticks to the local labor in fact, protects labor draining; while the development of surrounding outside cities and government＆#39;s plan attract a lot of local labor outward flow. We should hold dialectical view of labor transfer.
