调节移植干细胞功能促进梗死心肌修复的策略 被引量:4

摘要 目前干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死的研究已取得了重大进展。虽然干细胞具有持续自我更新并无限增殖的能力,且能够跨谱系接受不同表型,但移植中和移植后干细胞的大量死亡影响了干细胞疗法的有效性。造成移植细胞死亡现象的原因有很多,如宿主炎症反应、外界机械损伤、移植细胞对环境难以适应等。现阶段已有大量研究表明通过对干细胞预处理能够提高干细胞存活率,从而提高干细胞治疗心肌梗死的有效性。在本文中作者对当前的各种干细胞的预处理方法进行综述,旨在为解决干细胞移植后大量丢失这一难题提供参考。
