摘要
螺旋盘管的成型是利用中频感应效应使管子在小区域内快速加热,被加热的管子在其塑性变形范围内,按预先设定的轨道以一定的速度向前推进达到成型。分别对螺旋盘管工艺流程中的各支轮、压轮和靠轮的位置、螺旋盘管的弯曲推力(F)、弯曲为矩(M)及螺旋盘管的螺距(h)与平面圆弯曲半径(R)的关系进行了分析,指出提高螺旋盘管的质量与控制加热圈的位置、加热温度、螺旋盘管的推进速度、焊口质量及管材自身直度和两根管对接直度等因素密切相关。
Spiral coil pipe is shaped by means of utilizing the effect of intermediate frequency induction in order to quickly heat the limited area of a steel pipe,making the heated pipe within its plastic deformation range follow the preset track at a definite speed. The respective analysis of the essential factors in the technological process including the positions of the supporting wheels,the pressing wheels and the sustaining wheels, the interaction among the bending thrust (F) .the bending moment (M), the screw-pitch of spiral coil pipe (h)and the bending radius of the level circle(R)reveal that the quality of spiral coil pipe depends on the factors such as positioning the heating ring,the heating temperature,the speed of thrusting the spiral coil pipe forward,the welding quality of the pipes.the straightness of the pipe itself and the straightness of the butt welded two pipes and so on.
