该文介绍了有关常减压蒸馏装置节能改造的成功实例 ,指出改进工艺流程、应用高效规整填料及进行过程能量组合是进行原油蒸馏节能的一条切实可行的发展途径。
some commercial successful revamp examples for distillation unit were introduced. It is a feasible way for energy conservation to adopt novel process schedule. the successful application of structured packing has been one of the most important developments in the design and revamp of vacuum towers. Using heat integration /pinch analysis lead to revamp projects with significantly shorter payback periods than those obtained by conventional inspection methods. Extensive use of heat integration and pinch analysis is required to design energy efficient heat exchange configuration for integrated crude distillation units.
