针药结合治疗突发性聋的临床观察

Therapeutic effect of medicine combind with acupuncture on sudden deafness

目的观察西药配合辨证针刺治疗突发性耳聋的治疗效果。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例(采用西药配合针刺辨证论治),对照组30例(单纯西药治疗),观察和比较治疗后不同时期两组患者的听力变化。结果治疗组总有效率达86.67%,对照组总有效率达60%,经统计学处理,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论药物配合辨证取穴治疗突发性耳聋疗效优于单纯药物治疗。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of medicine and acupuncture on sudden deafness. Methods Sixty cases were randomly devided into a treatment group of 30 cases who received the western medicine combined with body acupuncture treatment according to the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment , and a control group of 30 cases who only received western medicine treatment. Changes of hearing at different stages after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate was 86.67 % in the treatment group and 60% in the control group ,which has a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of medicine and acupuncture combination on sudden deafness is better than the single western medicine treatment.
