摘要
测试分析了碳化处理条件对聚对苯树脂碳化产物组成含量和碳氢原子比的影响 ,并进一步测试了不同碳氢原子比的树脂碳化产物作为锂离子电池碳电极材料时的充放电性能。结果表明 :随着碳化处理温度升高 ,树脂碳化产物碳氢原子比在逐渐增加 ,碳化气氛对碳化样品碳氢原子比的影响也十分显著 ,惰性气氛处理的样品远高于还原性气氛处理的样品 ,两者的比值高达 2 .7。树脂碳电极碳氢原子比不同 ,其充放电容量和不可逆性都表现出明显差别。碳氢原子比升高 ,电极充放电不可逆性降低 ,但树脂碳电极充放电容量并不是简单地随着树脂碳电极碳氢原子比升高而线性增大 ,而是出现一个起伏变化。其中碳氢原子比为 1 .54的样品呈现出充放电容量高峰值。
The effects of carbonizing conditions on composite content and C/H atom ratio in carbonized products of poly (p-phenylene) resin were tested and analyzed, the charge and discharge performances of the carbonized products of resin with different C/H atom ratio as carbon electrode in lithium ion battery were also tested. The results show that the C/H atom ratio of carbonized products increases with the carbonizing temperature increase; the effect of carbonization ambience on the C/H atom ratio of carbonized products is also quite notable; the samples treated in inertial ambience was 2.7 times of the samples treated in deoxidize ambience. There is difference of electrochemical property among electrodes when C/H atom ratio is different. The charge-discharge irreversibility decreases with the C/H atom ratio rise, but the charge-discharge capacity does not linearly augment with the C/H atom ratio rise, there is a undulate variety, the sample with 1.54 C/H atom ratio represents out capacity peak value.
