口腔鳞癌转移与特异性核基质结合区结合蛋白质1(SATB1)表达的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:检测特异性核基质结合区结合蛋白质1在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与浸润转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法及逆转录-聚合酶链反应检测SATB1在各组织中的表达。结果:52例口腔鳞癌原发灶中,SATB1蛋白在病理分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级组(中~低分化鳞癌)表达明显高于Ⅰ级组(高分化鳞癌)(P〈0.05);在临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组(P〈0.05)。SATB1蛋白和mRNA的表达在16例淋巴结转移组高于36例无淋巴结转移组(P〈0.05)。SATB1mRNA的表达量在6例淋巴结转移灶高于16例转移组原发灶(P〈0.05)。结论:SATB1蛋白及SATB1mRNA在口腔鳞癌中的表达上调与口腔鳞癌的恶性程度及转移相关;SATB1可能在口腔鳞癌的发展、转移过程中起到促进的作用。 Objective:To detect the correlation between expression of special AT-rich sequence binding protein 1(SATB1)and progression,metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods:The SATB1expression levels were detected by immunohistochemical staining and transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results:The expression of SATB1protein in primary tumor tissue in histology gradeⅡ~Ⅲ OSCC was obviously higher than that in histology gradeⅠ,and in clinical stageⅢ-Ⅳ OSCC than that in histology gradeⅠ-Ⅱ,respectively.On the other hand,the expression of SATB1protein and mRNA of primary tumor tissue in 16cases of metastasis of lymph node group was significantly higher than 36cases of non-metastasis group.The expression of SATB1mRNA in 6metastatic tissue in lymph nodes was higher than in 16cases of primary lesions in tumor.Conclution:The upregulation of SATB1protein and mRNA may be related with the classification and metastasis of OSCC, and play apromoting role in the progression and metastasis of OSCC.
