摘要 目的:探讨Spee曲线深度与牙齿以及颌面形态之间的关系。方法:对106例15~21岁患者的头颅侧位片及牙齿模型进行测量分析。按照Spee曲线深度不同分为3组,分析组间差异以及Spee曲线深度与其他变量之间的相关性。结果:3组间覆牙合,覆盖,下切牙、下颌第二磨牙的倾斜情况,前下面高以及前下面高与前面高之比的差异具有统计学意义。且Spee曲线越深,则覆牙合越深,覆盖越大,前下面高越小,下切牙越直立,下颌第二磨牙越前倾、高度越低,以及前下面高占前面高的比值越小。结论:Spee曲线深度与牙齿以及颌面形态之间均密切相关,在正畸诊断以及矫治设计时需要综合考虑。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the curve of Spee and dentofacial morphology.Method:106cephalometric radiographs and dental casts of patients between the age of 15and 21years were selected.The subjects were divided into three groups on the basis of the depth of the curve.Differences between the curve of Spee groups and correlation coefficients between the depth of curve of Spee and other variables were calculated.Results: Overjet,overbite,inclination of the lower incisors and lower second molars,anterior lower facial height,the ratio between the anterior lower facial height and anterior facial height demonstrated significant differences among the groups.The deeper the curve of Spee,the deeper the overbite,bigger overjet,smaller anterior lower facial height, and more upright of the lowerincisors,more forward and lower of the lower second molars,and smaller the ratio between the anterior lower facial height and anterior facial height.Conclusion:The depth of the curve of spee are closely related to the teeth and craniofacial morphology.Orthodontists should pay attention to this relationship during diagnosis and treatment planning.
