听觉受损后听觉中枢GABA通路的物质改变 被引量:8

摘要 噪声、机械损伤以及老龄化等因素造成听力损伤后会引起中枢听觉系统的一系列改变,导致听觉功能重塑,最常见的是听力损伤后耳鸣现象。γ-氨基丁酸(gamma-aminobutyric acid ,GABA)是中枢神经系统中重要的抑制性神经递质,听觉损伤后GABA通路物质的变化可能参与中枢听觉通路的去抑制作用。本文旨在总结近年来听觉损伤后中枢GABA通路各物质的变化,为研究听觉功能重塑机制提供参考。
