摘要 对一种新的用可溶性盐吸收硫化氢的方法进行了研究。采用填料塔对Fe3+盐溶液吸收H2 S的过程进行了初步的考察 ,通过正交实验选出了最佳的操作条件 ,实验证明 ,在最佳的条件下H2 S的去除率接近 1 0 0 %。反应中生成的硫磺可以通过过滤的方法除去。在对Fe3+再生时 ,采用了单极压滤机式电解槽 ,电解过程中阳极的电流效率初步达到 60 % ,基本满足要求 ,而且阴极析出氢气 ,减少了电解的费用。实验结果表明 ,这种H2 A new H2S gas treatment process using ferric salt aqueous solution absorption was evaluated. The absorption of hydrogen sulfide into ferric salt aqueous solution was studied in a packed column. Through normal test the optimum operation conditions were obtained. Under these conditions, the removal efficient of H2S nearly reached 100%. The separation of sulphur from the sulphur-containing suspended solution was made by filter-cake-filtration and this method meets the needs of this solid-liquid separation process. In the Fe3+ ion electrolytic regeneration subsystem, the suitable electrolytic bath should be monopolar and filter-press-type. A bench-scale electrolytic cell of Fe3+ ion regeneration was constructed and the electrolysis process was studied. In general, the anode current efficiency could reach above 60%, and H2 evolved from cathode would reduce the cost of the whole treatment process. The results show the process using aqueous ferric salt solution to absorb H2S gas is feasible.
