1,25二羟维生素D3与高血压病的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 1,25二羟维生素D3[1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3,1,25(OH)2D3]是人体内活性维生素D,其主要作用是调节机体钙磷代谢。近年来研究表明1,25(OH)2D3还与血压调节和心血管活动有关。临床流行病学调查发现,1,25(OH)2D3缺乏可导致罹患高血压的风险增加。文中就目前有关1,25(OH)2D3和高血压发病的可能作用机制进行综述。 1,25-dihyroxyvitamin D (1,25 (OH)2D3) is the active form of Vitamin D in human body,whose classic function is to regulate the metabolism of body's calcium and phosphorus.Recent studies suggested that 1,25 (OH)2D3is associated with blood pressure regulation and cardiovascular events.Epidemiological data show 1,25 (OH)2D3 deficiency increases the risk of hypertension.This article is mainly focused on the possible mechanisms of 1,25 (OH)2D3 and hypertension.
