食管良性狭窄预防的研究进展

Advances in prevention of benign esophageal stenosis

食管良性狭窄是一种难治、易复发的疾病,临床上针对食管良性狭窄的治疗有很多方法。随着科学的发展,尤其是生物科学及再生医学的发展,食管良性狭窄正从治疗向预防转化。文中就腐蚀性及内镜术后食管良性狭窄的预防的研究进展从支架、药物、生物及干细胞预防等几方面作一综述。

Benign esophageal stricture is a refractory and relapsed disease. Clinically, there are many ways to treat benign esophageal stricture. With the development of science, especially the development of biology and regenerative medicine, the clinical management of benign esophageal stenosis has transformed from treatment to prevention. In this paper, we will review the recent advances of the roles of the stent, drugs, biotechnology and stem ceils in the prevention of caustic and postoperative esophageal stricture.
