摘要
目的探讨躯体化障碍患者是否存在双侧小脑,尤其是小脑齿状核微观结构异常。方法应用3.0T MRI成像仪对28例躯体化障碍患者(SD组)及28例体检健康者(对照组)进行MRI弥散张量成像,测量2组双侧小脑髓质、齿状核表观弥散系数和各向异性分数值,比较2组左右侧小脑差异。结果 SD组右侧小脑齿状核各向异性分数值较左侧升高(P<0.05),右侧表观弥散系数与左侧比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组左、右侧小脑髓质和齿状核表观弥散系数、各向异性分数值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组左、右侧小脑髓质、齿状核表观弥散系数和各向异性分数值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SD患者双侧小脑齿状核不对称性较正常人增强,存在小脑结构侧化性类型异常。
Objective To explore the microstructural alternation of bilateral cerebellum, especially the cerebellar dentate nuclei by diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in patients with somatization disorder (SD). Methods 3. 0T MRI was performed in 28 SD patients (SD group) and 28 healthy volunteers (control group). DTI was used to detect the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and fractional anisotropy (FA) values of bilateral cerebellar medulla and dentate nuclei. The availed data were compared between two groups and within group. Results FA value was significantly higher in the right dentate nucleus than that in the left (P^0.05), and there was no significantly difference in ADC value between left and right sides in SD group (P〉0.05). No difference of ADC and FA values was found between right and left cerebellar medulla, and dentate nucleus in control group (P〉0.05). ADC and FA values in bilateral dentate nucleus and bilateral cerebellar medulla had no statistical significance between SD group and control group (P〉0.05). Conclusions The asymmetry in bilateral cerebellar dentate nuclei increases significantly, and the lateralization type is abnormal in SD patients.
