骨性悬吊联合透明质酸注射治疗眶周老化的临床效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨应用骨性悬吊联合透明质酸注射充填鼻泪沟在眼周年轻化手术治疗中的效果。方法 28例下眼袋合并鼻泪沟凹陷明显的手术患者应用骨膜悬吊法祛除眼袋,术中联合应用透明质酸注射充填鼻泪沟凹陷。结果 28例手术均顺利完成,随访1a发现眼袋无复发,25例(89.28%)鼻泪沟凹陷明显改善,眼周年轻化效果满意,评定为良好,3例(10.72%)术后消肿后鼻泪沟充填略显不足,经术后3个月补充注射透明质酸后达满意效果。结论应用骨性悬吊联合透明质酸注射充填在祛除眼袋同时解决了手术不易纠正的鼻泪沟凹陷,在眼周年轻化手术中的效果满意。 Objective To investigate effects of suspending musculocutaneous flap to periosteum plus hyaluronic acid injection to fill hollow nasolacrimal groove on periorbital rejuvenation. Methods Twenty eight patients with under-eye puffiness and hollow nasolacrimal groove were performed suspending musculocutaneous flap to periosteum to eliminate puffiness, and were injected hyaluronic acid to fill the pitting. Results All these 28 patients were operated successfully. During 1-year follow-up survey, no relapse of puffiness was found, the hollow nasolacrimal groove was improved obviously in 25 patients (89.28%) and the effect of periorbital rejuvenation was good. The other 3 patients (10. 72%) got satisfactory effects by injecting hyaluronic acid again three months later. Conclusions Suspending musculocutaneous flap to periosteum plus hyaluronic acid injection can eliminate puffiness as well as filling hollow nasolacrimal groove, achieving a satisfactory effect on periorbital rejuvenation.
