腺泡状软组织肉瘤的影像学表现

Imaging findings of alveolar soft part sarcoma

目的探讨腺泡状软组织肉瘤的影像表现。方法回顾性分析3例腺泡状软组织肉瘤患者X线平片及MRI影像资料。结果 3例X线平片均表现为软组织肿块影;MRI在T1WI呈等信号2例,稍高信号1例,在T2WI呈高信号,肿瘤内外可见血管流空信号。结论腺泡状软组织肉瘤MRI影像表现具有特征性,表现为T1WI呈等或稍高信号,T2WI呈高信号,肿瘤内外常可见血管流空现象,增强扫描呈不均匀明显强化。

Objective To study the imaging findings of alveolar soft part sarcoma （ASPS）. Methods Three patients with ASPS were retrospectively analyzed the X-ray＇features and MRI findings. Results X-ray showed soft tissue mass in all these three ASPS patients. MRI revealed isointense on T1 MI in 2 patients and slight high signal intensity in 1 patient, high signal intensity on T2WI, and flow voids inside and outside ASPS. Conclusions ASPS has typical imaging features including isointense or slightly high signal on T1WI, high signal intensity on T2WI, and numerous signal voids inside and outside the tumor, with strong enhancement after contrast.
