血常规动态监测表在武汉市某医院恶性血液病化疗患者护理工作中的应用

Application of Routine Blood Dynamic Monitoring Tables on Hospital Infection Control with Hematologic Malignancies in a Hospital,Wuhan

目的:探讨血常规动态监测表在武汉市某医院恶性血液病化疗患者护理中应用的效果。方法:设计血常规动态监测表,并在104例恶性血液病化疗患者医院感染控制中实施应用,统计患者依从性、满意度和护理人员护理质量等各项指标,与对照组104名患者进行比较。结果:观察组患者与对照组比较,依从性和对护理人员的满意度提高(P<0.05),观察组护理质量与对照组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:血常规动态监测表的应用有利于提高患者自我保健意识,使其积极配合治疗和护理工作,同时提高责任护士对病情的掌握程度,为患者提供个性化的护理服务,提高患者对护理人员的满意度。

Objective ： To discuss the effect of routine blood dynamic monitoring tables on chemotherapy in Patients with hematologic malignancies. Methods： Design the routine blood dynamic monitoring tables, and apply to 104 eases of chemotherapy in patients with hematologic malignancies. Results： Patients cooperated with treatment and care actively, and improve care of compliance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The table contribute to improve patients＇awareness of selfcare, increase the degree of responsibility nurses grasp of the illness, to provide personalized nursing instruction to patients, improve patients＂ satisfaction of nursing staff.
