摘要 转化医学致力于打破基础医学与临床医学之间存在的屏障,缩减实验室与病床之间的距离,其内涵包括两个方向,即从实验室到病床以及从病床到实验室。本文旨在运用认识论的基本观点和原理,进一步探究转化医学的特点,认为转化医学是认识论和实践观在医学实践中的集中体现,其发展过程是循环上升的,包括两次飞跃。转化医学的发展需要多层次、多学科、多领域的相互合作和交叉融合。 Translational medicine devoted to breaking the barrier between basic medicine and clinical medicine, shortening the distance of bench to bedside, its connotation includes two aspects: from the lab to sickbed and from the sickbed to lab. This article aims to analyze translational medicine by applying the basic viewpoints and theory of epistemology, it thinks that translational medicine is the concentrated reflection of epistemology and view of practice in the practice of medicine, its developing process is circled ascending and includes two leaps. Development of translational medicine needs multilevel, multidisciplinary and multi -field cooperation and chiastic fusion.
