摘要
介绍了在线工艺计算方法的特点 ,包括计算项目 ,计算方法及其性能。工业生产装置上进行在线实时计算是动态过程 ,与通常的静态计算有许多不同的特点和要求 ,即 :模型要简单 ,要关联过程变量 ,过程输入要滤波 ,校正计算结果 ,关联式可整定 ,保存和使用最近的好值。最后说明变量滤波和偏差校正的重要性和具体方法。
Characteristics of online process calculation were introduced including calculation items and methods.The online realtime calculation in commercial units is a dynamic process.It has many features and requirements different from the conventional static calculation,i.e, simple model,process variables correlation,wave filtration for process inputs,correction of calculation results,prediction of correlations,memory and use of the newest good data.The importance of variable wave filtering and errors correcting as well as relative methods were described.
