摘要
综述了直馏柴油脱酸方法的发展。氨法化学萃取是目前直馏柴油脱酸工艺的研究热点 ,能否取代直馏柴油碱洗电精制—硫酸中和法工艺 ,其关键在于新型破乳剂、高效率萃取设备和三相分离器的开发。介绍了作者开发的SW - 1破乳剂在直馏柴油氨精制工艺中的应用研究。
This paper reviews the processes of removing naphthenic acids from straight-run diesel oil.The study hotspot of removing naphthenic acids techniques for straight-run diesel oil is chemical extraction by ammonia method.Whether or not it replaces the process of caustic washing-electric field treating-recovering naphthenic acid by sulfuric acid neutralization, the key technology is the development of new type demulsifier,high efficiency extraction equipment and three-phase separator.In addition,this paper introduces the application of demulsifier SW-1 developed by author in ammonia process of straight-run diesel oil.
